"The bathroom had black mold. The bathtub leaked enough that we woke up at 1 am and the bathroom floor was flooded. The lighting in the bathroom was awful. At 2 am the fire alarm went off excessively for reasons unknown. Tried to call the front desk to ask why but never got an answer or a call back. We weren’t sure if we needed to evacuate or not. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were friendly but the front desk staff were not always friendly."

"This place is awesome! The hotel is in a very safe location. It looks newer, updated and comfortable. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious feeling. The bed was extremely comfortable. My only complaint is that I wish the breakfast went later than 9am as we just missed it by the time we made it to the lobby. We would definitely stay here again!"

I went back to the website and there were pics of the pool and I dig around a little and found that they stated the pool area was closed for renovation. This should have been better listed because I would have booked a different hotel."

"This is one of the most unique properties I have seen. The rooms are large and very accommodating with an industrial feel, decorated in art deco style."

"Room was clean except for a huge stain on the bedsheet. The sheet was clean, but the stain was disturbing. Staff, especially in the morning were excellent. My husband and I flew in on a Wednesday night, and the shuttle picked the rest of my family up in the morning and brought them to the hotel. "The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, helping me to figure out the public transportation system to get to a concert on an extremely busy weekend. The breakfast is minimal, but has enough basics to get you through and there's a Bob Evans less than a minute down the road if you want something more. Often times in hotels we spend the evenings trying to adjust the temperature since it seems to fluctuate between too cool and uncomfortably warm no matter what the themostate is set on. "Desk clerk was very helpful and supplied extra pillows when requested. Room quiet and comfortable. The TV channel guide was missing and I did not receive my wake-up call, but I had set my alarm on my phone just in case. Shuttle was great!"
