"Visibly the hotel looks pretty nice. The reason I booked this hotel was because I was going to be in the area for spring break and it had a swimming pool which unfortunately I found out at check-in, that the pool was down for maintenance. Some type of a disclaimer or posting on the website or in confirmation emails regarding this would’ve been nice. The room itself was clean and nice, but the plumbing not so much. "Since i paid for the room thru Expedia and there was an issue with not only my check in but there was no working hot water, i would expect Expedia to reimburse me for my one night stay ($79) instead of offering me $20 OneKey cash points. Red Roof has offered me their own points (over 6K) for the inconvenience. I don't travel much at all as I can't afford it. I would expect better. "

"Rooms weren’t very clean. Staff was helpful with bringing extra towels and blankets up to our room. Shuttle was very nice and friendly driver. You have to pay a daily rate to leave your car parked during your trip which I think should have been advertised. I thought it was free parking. Breakfast was good. "

"This place was awful. Truly flithy dirty disturbing! The keys didnt work so they had to open the door and leave ir cracked open for you. There was so much grease and grim and items under the bed and behind the nightstands. The tub looked like it may fall in. We left. There was no way i was staying there. It appears to be more of a long term stay for recovering addicts "

Went to the room and it had an Oder I can’t describe but hope to equate to a pest bomb or terrible cleaner. The towels all had stains of various colors. At any point in your visit if you want fresh towels you have to bring the dirty ones to the front desk for an even exchange. I get a call from Stay America in Brooklyn at my reservation was cancelled! As I getting off the plane in Cleveland.
