"The hotel was nice for a weekend stay. Upon checkin the worker only asked for my ID and then handed the room keys. On checkout day (Sunday morning) the staff called the room at 7:30 Am to wake us up (a noon checkout time) to say there was something wrong with my credit card. After trying to process 2 different cards a manager then came and insisted nothing went through and then I paid cash. To then come home and find out I was charged the full amount 3 times on those credit cards and now having...

"Breakfast at Embassy is always amazing and something to look forward to. The omelette station and workers were particularly great and friendly. The afternoon cocktail reception is also great and the bartender nice. I love that were able to bring our small dog, the location was convenient and parking free. The only area for improvement was the rooms need updating. The sofa bed could use a new firmer mattress. Otherwise all good."

"This property was not well maintained and the skeleton crew staff were horrible and poorly trained. We ahd to be moved to a separate room the 1st night because the bathroom ceiling was leaking all over the bathroom with water coming out the ceiling and the locks in that door were broken and would not lock."

The hotel called me the day of my arrival (6 hours before check in) and told me they’re cancelling my room because they over booked the hotel. The person on the phone was extremely rude and gave nothing but attitude towards me while I was trying to figure out my next move as I was in the middle of my travel to this location. "Non smoking room. When you walked into lobby you could smell smoke. Slight smell in room. Couldn't work heat unit. It was dirty. Shower faucet was loose and falling off. Never again. Could hear neighbors tv all night. Never again."

"Crack heads mowing lawns plenty of hotels near by just pay a bit more and go there. Hopefully it will close down "
