"I would give zero stars if I could. Do NOT stay at Hotel Henri NY. I was overcharged by more than $1,000, and after months of trying to get this corrected, I still have not received a refund. I have contacted them repeatedly, and the lack of accountability is shocking. Management has completely refused to communicate with me—no callbacks, no real responses, nothing. It’s been months of being ignored over a very serious billing issue. This isn’t just bad customer service—it feels outright...

"We were there for the bike ride. They were very cool about letting us keep our bikes In the room and the lobby until our room was ready. Didn’t understand the room lights at all! They were either all off or all all on. Staff was very friendly. One could hear the subway underneath the hotel which was interesting. I only know as I am a light sleeper. You have to love NY, noise 24/7 "

"You’re probably looking at this hotel for the same reason I was, because it’s the only hotel in Manhattan that costs less than 200 dollars a night. It’s a little run down, my room had constant street noise from New York drivers constantly honking their horns on 6th avenue. But the hotel provides you with earplugs and a mask, I don’t know that there’s much that they could do about the noise. "The service was great the room was amazing , the only issue we had was that one of the elevators on two different days , got stuck for a few minutes , and another issue was the WiFi never worked , no matter how many times we tried to connect to the WiFi , no matter how long we waited to connect , the WiFi would never work , we had to use our data the whole trip , but besides those two things , the hotel and the room and the service was amazing and a great location"
