"We were greeted by Annika on arrival and she gave us a warm welcome and made it possible for us to have an early check in after a long international flight. She gave us lots of valuable information about the hotel and the beautiful town of Kiama. We loved everything about this hotel. Friendly smiling staff; bright and sunny reception area; clean rooms with a comfy bed and a very good location for walking to the town. "one downer was the fact the restaurant isn't open for dinner on a Saturday night, we had the weekend planned and dinner at this beautiful place was on the list, our fault for not looking properly? perhaps. we just assumed. luck of the draw with rooms, yes, all superior but some are better than others. needed to really look at the offerings and try to pick. saying that, we loved the room we were in it just wasn't the one in the photo we saw booking online. the dude at check-in and in the cellar...

"The unit we stayed in was modern and quite spacious. We loved having two bathrooms and watching the bird life from the front porch. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was great for preparing our meals. I would recommend the Fisherman’s Club at the top of the hill for fantastic views of the ocean . The staff at the desk were helpful and printed out a train timetable when we wanted to go to Sydney for a day trip."
