"Staff were really helpful and responsive. Parking is so handy being directly across the road and easy to find. The location is ideal for exploring the city centre. The rooms were a good size, had all that you require (iron/hairdryer/toiletries). The bed/pillows are a little too hard for my preference but I slept ok. The blackout curtains were really good and for being in the city centre it was reasonably quiet. Breakfast was a disappointment. Cereal/pastries were ok and bread available to make toast. The cooked breakfast items were not nice (bacon, hash browns and scrambled eggs). Sausages were colder than I would like but were ok. As hotel was busy, it felt chaotic at popular breakfast times. I would consider booking again though."
