"Unfortunately our beds were on the soft side which wasn’t comfortable, the TV wouldn’t work all the time and would get very glitchy for minutes at a time and the worst part was that there were street lights RIGHT outside our window and the curtains were not setup to completely close so it was so bright all night it was so frustrating."

"Our room was what we expected for a NYC hotel room in terms of size. The bathroom is pretty small, but it was clean. Our room was on the 10th floor, and you could hear the people on the streets and sirens a little more, but we were able to adjust to the noise and sleep comfortably on the beds. The hotel elevators sounded a little questionable at times due to the noises they made. We noticed there were usually 2-3 security personnel at the hotel entrance each evening, which made us feel safer. The staff that we spoke to were very friendly! One of the housekeeping staff members always greeted us in the hall each morning, and I really wish I had gotten her name to credit her for how kind she was to us. We loved the 1940's vibe that you get when you walk into the hotel lobby. They played big band music, and you felt as if you were transported back in time. There are some awesome restaurants right around the hotel and an amazing Gelato shop right next door. We would stay here again."

"Great location if going to a Broadway show or visiting Times Square. It is an older building and rooms are small but if you’re in NYC, you probably aren’t spending a lot of time in the room. Only issue I had was the water takes 5-7 minutes to get warm enough to take a shower. That’s why I didn’t give it five stars. Staff was courteous."

"There was only 1 elevator working which can only hold 6 people . They gave away our reservation and then they gave us a room with the toilet dirty and the bed wasn’t really made . They moved us to another room and the plumbing was horrible. The water would sit on the sink , the shower wasn’t great. The tv wasn’t working well either that we have to get someone to fix it in the middle of the night. I will never stay there again"

"Fantastic hotel in the best location in the whole of New York. Time Square to your right and Rockefeller to your left. Within the room, beautiful and clean with friendly staff to help. Nice rooftop as well. "
