"The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening."

"Property location was great. There is a miscommunication between Expedia and that hotel though, if you book the accessibility room there is NO sofa bed like Expedia says they have! They didn’t tell us that when we checked in which was a huge bummer"

"First of all, it took an hour from the airport to get a shuttle. Second of all, it took another 45 minutes to check in by the time we got there, only one one person work in the counter at a big resort. The air conditioning in our room did not work. It was set at 65 but the temperature remains 72. The internet also was slow or never worked. The pool is a joke. Could not use it because it was crowded and being so small we couldn't get a place to lay out. It was probably one of my worst stays at a...

"Staff was very helpful and professional. Although this is an older local hotel it had everything needed. Very clean and well provided for with mini fridge, microwave and coffee pod machine with supplies to make coffee. I arrived quite a bit early for my reservation and they were able to accommodate me with allowing me in my room early. I traveled by bus and this location is very close and convenient to the transit center, about 1 block away. Would stay here again!!"

"Parking is horrible in the back, no feedback regarding our unused time (we left early, but not because of the motel), 90* outside and pool wasn’t open. It sufficed and was clean."

"No staff onsite. Poor internet connection for the Check-In/Check-out Kiosk made check-in a challenge. Room wasn't that clean. The hotel is in a good location and has decent ammenties and pet area."
