"THE SEVING STAFF WAS EXTEMELY RUDE. ON SUNDAY MORNING ONE STAFF TOLD MY WIFE AND ME WE COULD GET ANYTHING THAT WAS ALREADY OUT[ IT WAS EARLY 5- 10 MINUTES SOME PEOPLE WERE ALREADY EATING] I WAS LOOK AT THE SERVING AREA TO SEE WHAT WAS OUT ANOTHER STAFF TOLD ME TO WAIT THAT BREAKFAST DID NOT START UNTILL 7 AM SHE LEFT AND OTHER PEOPLE SHOWED UP AND STARTED EATING! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT HOTEL!!"

"The bathroom and room were dirty and had a very strong odor. The microwave didn’t work and the staff response was “ok thank you” and nothing else. The breakfast made us not feel well. Until about 1 am there were people stomping and running around the halls and no ordinance followed or maintained."

"The rooms had lots of roaches. One of the refrigerators needed defrosting because a drink was stuck in there. Trash underneath the beds. One dryer doesn't get hot took my $2.00 and the other u literally had to hold the door in order for the dryer to get hot. No ice on either floor and the drink machine wasnt working. The shower was warm water and nothing in the vending machines and NO POOL"

"Reviews stated it was clean, but when I took my family it was bad, place looked abandoned, I checked in thinking well we just need a place to stay so we went to the room and we thought the elevator wasn't going to work, the room was dirty, there were spots on the bedding, floors weren't clean minifridge was dirty, smelled like a super old building, I do not reccomend for family at all. We lasted 15-20 minutes and left."

"The property looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in years. The first room I went into was filthy - the towels in the bathroom had black foot all over them. It looks like they were used and hung back up. It was not clean. It was absolutely disgusting. So the staff gave me another room that had mold in the bathroom and literally a work boot footprint on the sheets. Gross. The front desk person was very helpful though - I will say that."
