Carpeting in room was quite outdated. Property might consider replacing. Location to beach was perfect and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Courtyard by Marriott Sandestin Grand Boulevard
Location was convenient to the beach, about 5+ minute drive. Rooms was nice, but found popcorn kernels in our ice bucket from previous persons that stayed. The Jacuzzi stayed packed with people of one group.

Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort
We were visiting for bike week and this was my favorite place. Location and stay was excellent. I would recommend the hotel upgrade the kitchen appointments a bit. We will be back.
