"it was very difficult to get anyone to answer messages about how to get in to the property and once we got in communication got even worse. One or two individuals in the travel agency tried to help and were helpful about certain things, but no one seemed to really run the place and no one responded to our requests. The place itself is very uncomfortable - there is a bathroom with a swinging door that doesn't close, there is no sitting area in the room, the outside part is dirty, noisy and...

"We arrived, there was power outage, we try to get help nobody assisted us, we contacted someone and they said there is nothing they can do and didn’t replace the room. We waited 4 hours outside until we had to switch to a different location"

"While we didn’t end up staying at this property due to the location, we were happy with the responsiveness and that there was an elevator. I am not sure if there is (or was) air conditioning as it wasn’t listed. We didn’t want to take a chance of not having air conditioning as it is very hot right now in Thessaloniki."

"We had a wonderful stay at Kastel Milos! We were in apartment # 6 which is an upper unit. It’s brand new, extremely clean and fresh, and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay, including a lovely outdoor area with a nice distant view of the sea. It’s located close to the village of Pollonia and is a great spot to access all the other areas around the island. The host was also incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The only couple of things to be mindful of is...

"The place is amazing, if I return to Paxos, I will stay there."

"The Antigone apartment is so modern, clean and really well equipped. The open-plan living area was spacious with a high-level ceiling, giving it an airy feel. I loved the minimalist design and bright color of the house...it was so cozy and confortable. In few words this Apartment was above expectations but the only negative thing was in the toilet because the wc wasn't stable at all so it was difficult to do our business."

"Unterkunft antwortet nicht auf jegliche Anfragen. Es werden keine Check-in Informationen mitgeteilt. Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme erforderlich (griechische Nummer).

"Beautiful apartment in a beautiful area. The host was lovely and extremely helpful throughout our stay"

"Had to find a last minute hotel due to a sailing ban from high winds causing our ferry to be canceled. Booked this hotel through expedia and realized on the way over to the hotel that I had to message for check-in instructions. When I messaged asking for the check-in instructions, I instead got no response and an e-mail about processing a refund for the property. This left me stranded with no hotel in an area that had no hotels left due to the sailing ban and everyone else booking the remain...
