"Amazing cabin at an amazing price! It is huge and spacious, making it perfect for a larger family. The cabin has everything you need, including a full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, and even an additional microwave and small refrigerator downstairs. The location is excellent—only about 15 minutes from the park entrance and downtown, where all the fun activities are. I highly recommend this cabin. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you for helping make our family...

"The staff did not care about the place. Not even at breakfast. The Hotel is a new property. But the staff run the Hotel like they do not care. The Lobby seats together with the breakfast area. And staff did not even empty the trash can from the breakfast of the morning before. I mean this Hotel will soon look like crap if they don’t change the staff or re trained them. Too bad because the location is perfect."

"Lot of noise between rooms and talking outside 11 pm at night. Had someone start up his motorcycle at around 11 pm, Ran it for a good 10 minutes giving it gas then left for about 15 minutes and came back but after stopping, shut it off. Otherwise it was OK."

"Overall, my stay was average. The hotel is in a quiet location and conveniently close to everything, which was a big plus. However, the bed sheets had some noticeable stains, which was disappointing and made the room feel less clean. The air conditioning was also set to turn on and off throughout the night, causing the room to become warm and uncomfortable while sleeping. "We stayed at gatlinburg mountain inn for a week during a trip to the smokies - and the stay can be summarized in two words: millipede infestation. At first we stayed in room 108, we saw a millipede in the bathroom and thought nothing of it. Then we saw another one, then another. I woke up in the morning and found 3 in or around the bathroom. And one night, I killed at least 7 millipedes in less than 2 hours. At this point we talked to hotel staff (who were friendly), but they told us that...
