"We liked that its right in the middle of everything & only 20 minutes from the beach. The check in time is pretty late and check out time is pretty early my only complaint. We enjoyed the pool, and the bathrooms were always clean. I did not eat at the buffet, but I did walk past it & it is on the smaller side, but everything looked really good. We would stay here again. "

"Staff were nice and welcoming, but this property is filthy. We just stayed for one night on our way somewhere else. I've stayed over in a lot of budget hotels for that purpose, but I have never felt so uncomfortable. The entire room reeked of smoke. The carpeting between the beds was not vacuumed and was so dirty it felt sticky underfoot. The walls were smeared with dirt. One of the towels had pubic hair and questionable substances on it. We wiped the floor, handles, switches, and walls down...

"Upon arrival looking at the outside of the Inn I wasn’t sure what to expect on the inside. When I opened the door it looked exactly like the pictures on Expedia.com. I was really pleased with the esthetics, the cleanliness and the view of the ocean especially with the whirlpool right at the window. I also enjoyed the location of the Inn. "Our deluxe suite was roomy and had everything we needed. Definitely a little dated but a really good value for family travel. Front desk staff was very friendly although not very professional looking. Attached ice cream and pizza place was a plus! "
