"Breakfast was filled with lots of choices, from fresh fruits to croissants and fresh juices. Our room was very clean and very comfortable with lots of amenities that made for a very nice stay we had a balcony with the most amazing view. All the staff were cheerful and very professional. We ate many of our dinners at the Victoria Grill. The menu offered many choices and the food was of high quality. Service was also top notch. "The front desk staff were wonderful as we checked in. They were all very helpful. The breakfast staff equally inviting and took care of us. My birthday was absolutely wonderful and they brought a fantastic brownie treat for my big day. Spa is a must, great massages and lovely spa to enjoy after. "Luxury! The suite was beautiful and comfortable. Our patio had a gorgeous view of the lake and city. I would have loved to stay longer. Aside from being fairly near the train station and the Italian restaurant across the way, there isn't much nearby. We did hike the trail behind the hotel to the top of the mountain, and that was lovely. The receptionist was very helpful in coordinating and explaining our transit options to Lake Como."

" The hotel is exquisite. My room, the junior suite, was moderately priced, and had a huge terrace with a lake view, as did the high-ceilinged room with a big arched window. Every detail was luxurious, and it was immaculate. It was nicer than most 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. The breakfast was grand, the common sitting room was gorgeous, the staff was warm and helpful, and it’s just steps from the lake and the duomo. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.
