"I had a terrible experience staying here and would not recommend this location. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it advertised a complimentary airport shuttle to and from LAX. However, when we got on the shuttle at the airport, we were told it would actually cost $10 USD per person for what was literally a 3-minute drive. When we questioned this, the shuttle driver, front desk staff, and even the manager were extremely rude and dismissive, despite us showing proof that the shuttle was supposed to be complimentary. The issues didn’t stop there. The rooms were very dirty, and the building itself is extremely old and clearly not well maintained. There were multiple issues throughout the property that made the stay feel very run down. To make things worse, the only toiletry provided was a small bar of soap. There was no shampoo, body wash, or conditioner, which is pretty surprising even for a budget hotel. Overall, the customer service was poor, the room conditions were unacceptable, and the shuttle situation felt misleading. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else near the airport."

"Completely fine for a 20yr old looking to save money. Not ideal for an adult in your 40s+. The smell of mariguana and cigarettes is unbearable."
