"The rooms are not cleaned, there’s no one in the front desk after certain hours. The breakfast area was closed during the 7 to 10 am hours. Those hours are the operating hours. There’s no fan in the bathroom to help with ventilation. There’s door lock to access the guess’s room does not work. Anyone can walk in to the guess’s room area. There was a housemaid that vacuums the hallways. When asked the room’s cleaning. She indicated that they only provide towels and do not clean the rooms. Worst...

"The staff were so friendly. My mom and I were on a road trip with two toddlers and a 6 year old. The lady at the front desk dropped off a pack and play with a cute little fitted sheet for us to use even though I had packed our own it was so thoughtful. The place was clean, well maintained, we felt safe and the bed was so comfortable! The shower and bath was spacious enough to fit all three littles in at once. "This place wants you to check in with a kiosk instead of the person behind the desk. The kiosk has you doing essentially a video call with someone at another location for check in. It is time consuming and the communication is bad. Very bad experience. Breakfast options were a bowl of cereal or toast. Bare bones and not really worth coming downstairs for."
