"Staff were friendly and efficient when we checked in. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped. We made use of the spa facilities which was a nice bonus. The only downfall - kids were ridiculously loud in the pool, after 6:30 kids were still in the pool and splashing messing about in the swim lane. "

"Spotlessly clean accommodation, comfortable furnishings and bed. Great to have a small secure garden for our dog. Owners very helpful. And friendly. Thank you for our welcome pack, which included milk, bread and butter, amongst other things. Well placed alongside the local excellent real ale pub, the Royal Oak, which has its own website and whilst not regularly serving food, does have food nights. No adverse noise from the pub! Well laced for Lincoln, Gainsborough and Market Rasen, the North Lincolnshire Wolds, amongst other places. I needed to undertake some online work, so must mention that the WiFi does not work. You can just about get online if you sit by the extender in the kitchen but it does drop out. Other than that, we enjoyed an excellent weeks stay. "

The owners were super helpful in terms of their communication ahead of our booking, as well as in answering all of our questions in the build up. The cooked breakfast in the morning was amazing and we really appreciated their friendliness and their suggestions for things to do in the nearby area.
