"This property was pretty ghetto compared to what I was expecting for an area so close to Disney. They clearly take the money paid from renting & run. Upkeep is pretty poor. Dinning chairs need reupholstering BADLY. Fridge leaked the whole time. Broken floor tiles. Dishwasher was hardly in working order, previously the tab for soap dispenser was snapped off, so you ultimately had to hand washed items because soap wasn’t something you could put in the machine. Weird set up in showers only a small soap holder with a full towel bar. Pool was SO SO dirty. Omg, awful. The hot tubs were also filthy. Room jetted tubs had stuff and gunk come out of jets. No maid services are included while there. Must take out your own trash. Cheap paper products & minimal “complementary” products are minimal & shotty quality. Parking is sparse. Fitness center is in building 2 and there are 5 massive buildings with up to 15 floors each & I believe 10 units each. So if you’re not in building #2 your workout might go to the waste side. Whoever took pictures of the childrens pool with the pirate ship did a great job at shining up a turd. The ship is a massively oversized slide with no other purpose. Such a letdown & the pool is do small in comparison. Oh & the door handle to our unit is ONE good shakedown from letting lose. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property nor would I stay here again. "

"The property is new, therefore, it is in an excellent physical condition. The personnel was rude, to say the least. When we arrived for check in, the only person available was entering some data from papers that she had on the counter. She told me to wait for her to finish, I waited until she finished two of the sheets. Then I told her that we were tired from a trip day, that we wanted to get to our room. She said that when she finished, we would be “taken care off”. Then came an additional person and called the client behind me. I think this treatment was rude. I hope they learn how to operate a hotel because it is a nice place. "
