Hyatt Regency Savannah

"Regency has a valley amenity that is a bit confusing and costly if you're not aware. The staff doesn't explain how this works well. The posted sign for valley parking shows $25. That fee is just for the attendees to park your car. The hourly rate for your car sitting in the garage is $12. Across the street in public parking it's $2/hour. When it's summer time the parking at River street is very busy and crowded. Public parking fills up quickly. Therefore, if not explained thoroughly you can end up paying $100 -$150 for parking"
Palmera Inn and Suites

"Palmera inn is one of the best values on Hilton head for what you get. The king balcony room was huge with two full bathrooms, living area, balcony, and kitchenette. Their location is just minutes to everything and they even allowed us to check ins couple hours early which was nice! We don’t even get to use all the amenities this place had as we only stayed one night. They also provide a breakfast in the morning which does get quite busy but there is enough space to make it doable. I would absolutely stay here again if I am back on the island."

"Loved the location & the hotel is nice. Our valet was awesome. Check in was super quick but surprised no conversation at all during checkin but really no big deal in the scope of things. My only real issue is that our room was much more dated than anticipated and the balcony view was nice. It’s the bathroom that needs a deep cleaning especially in the shower, glass & vent in shower - kinda gross. That’s an easy fix and I’d stay again in the future. (Room 1319 in case for housekeeping)."

"Wait staff in the restaurant and bar were wonderful, efficient and attentive. Other staff were welcoming and friendly. The facility overall was clean and quite well maintained however also a little worn around the edges. Overall a good value."

"All I can say is AMAZING!! I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was very professional and friendly. The room was immaculate. The food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious. Great location near the markets and local restaurants. No complaints and definitely no regrets, we will be returning very soon."
