Fantastic hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was huge, comfortable and sparkling clean every day. Hotel offers you free toiletries and complementary welcome drinks every day. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a nice relaxing stay in Shonan.

Great hotel for families.

Lovely pre cruise stay. My only regret is that I didn't stay for 2 nights as the property is lovely and surrounding area has plenty to see and so with lovely shops.

Lovely spacious room with lots of ammeties provided. Helpful and friendly staff. A short walk from the station and beach makes it one to highly recommend.

Our room was large by Japanese standards, hotel breakfast was very good and fantastic location. We loved our stay here

We loved it, great location, great staff. In room dining was excellent will definitely go back thank you

Loved how close to cruise port it was. Staff were super friendly and so helpful and knowledgeable.

I don't want to leave a positive review because I want to keep this hotel a secret! This was my third stay, and I still can't find any faults with this place. The room is always immaculately clean and well soundproofed. The only downside is that the area is not particularly nice, with some red-light district areas on the street. Just avoid walking at ground level. As long as you use the first-floor walkway from the station/shopping complex you won't see them much.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Yokohama. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very well maintained, with a great atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of choices and high-quality food. The location is convenient for exploring Yokohama, and the hotel provides a perfect balance of...

Great hotel. Lovely staff. Great breakfast

Amazing stay in Yokohama. Very central location in Kannai. Short walk to the baseball stadium, as well as train station. Good leisure walk to the red brick houses as well as chinatown. We were in a 2 pax bunk bed room. It had just enough space for 2 medium size luggages. Beds were extremely comfortable. There was a fridge, good electrical sockets with USB and USBC with adapters present beside both beds. Exceptional cleanliness - interior team are doing such a great job. Pyjamas provided for the...

This hotel has a lovely onsen, and spectacular views of Mount Fuji from the roof terrace which has a heated foot bath It is convenient for the bus to see the surrounding area, nice and quiet, with a woods where herons nest next door. However it is fairly remote, in that you have to walk for about half an hour to reach shops or restaurants. Staff were kind and helpful. The food at breakfast was plentiful and varied, with sufficient vegetarian options. There are laundry facilities and ice, and...

As someone who holds the original Kahala in Honolulu in the highest regard, my expectations for its Yokohama counterpart were, to put it mildly, astronomical. I am thrilled to report that The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama not only met but soared beyond them, creating an experience that is both a worthy successor to the Hawaiian legend and a uniquely Japanese masterpiece. The hotel itself is an architectural triumph, offering breathtaking views over the Minato Mirai waterfront. The service is,...

Breakfast was delicious and the buffet offered a great selection of fresh vegetables, yogurt, fruit and so on. The room was of good size with a nice view. The staff at the reception and the breakfast place were very friendly, courteous and efficient. Thank you for taking care of us and make our stay in Yokohama so memorable

Great hotel in a good location. I stay here every time I come to Yokohama.

4'th hotel on this trip and by far the best. Room much larger than all the others and also a stunning view from the window.

Beautiful room. Nice hotel. Good amenities

Amazing hotel in great location. Room was clean, and had everything we needed.

Great location just behind Yokohama train station (as the name suggests). Short walk to the station and lots of shops and bars around the local area for anything you need. Staff were amazing, the room was large, bright and clean with comfortable beds!
