"We came out to Hawaii for a family vacation . This Resort was nothing compared to what the reviews said and from pictures. I wouldn’t recommend this place . From valet ( $65) staff to concierge service . There all a joke ."

"Beautiful Place. Didn't get turned down service for 2 days and only after I called twice. Then when the room was cleaned it was left without toiletpaper. I thought it might have been a housekeeping joke. Was not. Thank god for the bidet!"
