Hotel is in a good location. The building is definitely dated. It is obvious they try to maintain it the best they can. The only complaint was the smell perhaps due to the pet policy. However, for the price it was tolerable.

The Whitehall Houston
The "presidential suite" was disgusting. The bahtroom tiles were all cracked and some paint or something olds residue was on it I can suppoly pictures and the valet was rude. Also restaurant was closed when needed. Wont book here again.

Front desk was very nice and helpful. I was given clear directions on hotel shuttle. The driver was nice, he picks you up in a van. The hotel smells clean the moment you walk in. The further elevator wasn’t working so room was switched to a working elevator. The breakfast was pretty good, scrambled ...

Wonderful property! Very clean and Beautiful pools and outdoor areas. Very relaxing. Great rooms except No outlets near beds or on bedside tables to plug anything in, otherwise very clean and comfortable.
