However, standards in this hotel don't shout 4 star to me and the room was definitely not worth the cost The carpet in my room had a lump in it and needs to be relayed. The king bed was 2 beds pushed together rather than a single bed. They weren't even of the same height so you rolled up/down between them in the night....

"This is the best place to stay in Liverpool! We stayed for three nights out of a two week trip and this hotel was by far the highlight. Located right in the middle of Liverpool One we were steps to dining, transportation, grocery stores, bars, shopping, the Albert Docks etc. We had a room at the edge of the building with views in two directions, we could see the whole city with windows that opened for a fresh cross breeze. In de openbare ruimtes was het een fractie beter De ligging is perfect Het ontbijtbuffet was prima Ik was er 6 dagen en Liverpool vond ik beter dan verwacht. Niet alleen de Beatles, maar ook noord-west Wales is mooi Vooral de architectuur en de natuur in Snowdonia Echt de moeite meer dan waard. De mensen zijn vriendelijk, ook in het hotel."
