"Excellent hotel! Close to everything, and parking garage is safe and clean! I feel safe in this hotel and love how good the security is! You have to show room key to get into the lobby after 10pm and to operate the elevator. It’s a 2 min walk to Bourban street, and 5-7 min walk to the French Quarter. We stay here every time we come to New Orleans! "

"Staff upon arrival was extremely rude. Requested credit card never told me what it was for or even gave me pricing or receipt upon leaving the hotel. never told me what room floor was on or anything. I just had to look at the number written on the card and figure it out. was never given any information on any amenities or restaurant or bars that the hotel had either."

"Superb location, we were steps from bars restaurants and museum no need for Uber. If the staff can clean the rooms a bit better I’d appreciate it, deep cleaning my suggestion ( vacuum the floor for hairs, clean the windows and mirrors and around the toilet ) "
