"Hotel is conveniently located near Zurich airport, we took the bus to the airport and bus tickets can be purchased at the front desk. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Grocery stores: Coop, Migros and Aldi are all very close, so are some restaurants, overall great location."

"Prepped for a long bike ride after arriving in Zurich from USA. This hotel had lots of space to get bikes set up. We will stay here also on departure. So the staff kindly allowed us to store excess luggage until our return."

"We wouldn't stay here again, but the property has two big pluses - the view from our balcony was great and being right on the bus line into town was very helpful. However, the walls are extremely thin and it is a noisey hotel, the plugs are underneath the night stand and require you to get on the floor to plug into them, the towels/sheets were rough, the toilet is separated from the sink (it is in another room with the shower - a first for us), no room in sink area to place toiletries....

"The shuttle was the original attraction, followed by price. Room was commodious, though some repairs to the bathroom door were needed (but delayed till after our departure. Although the general area is not great, the hotel amenities satisfied our needs. For people needing an airport hotel, I would recommend it very highly."

"My husband and I stayed here while traveling to Lucerne for our honeymoon. It is in a great location! Close to downtown Lucerne, Chapel Bridge, restaurants, bars and the train station. If you plan to rent a car like we did, their parking lot is fairly small and an extra cost. The staff was very friendly and nice. The basic room we stayed in was small and did not include a fridge, but very clean."

"Mi grupo de 9 personas yo nos sentimos vigilados por el staff ,bien desagradables ,hasta inclusive tomando café de allí mismo y conversando el grupo nos pusimos a comer semillas de girasol y una de las chicas del bar se acerca y nos dice que cdo nos fuéramos nos lleváramos la basura de las cáscaras y la echáramos en la basura de nuestra habitación porque ella no iba a recoger eso , nada agradables el personal la verdad ,la instalación si estuvo normal para pasarse para de días pero nada...

"All staff was super friendly. Room spacious and with good amenities. Close to all main attractions by foot. Classic style and with good personality. They give a pass for public transportation which was a plus and saved us money. Breakfast not included, but there are so many great options in the city for a quick bite. We check out and went to the city for the day and they kept our luggage for free. Nice and quiet location. I recommend Hotel Royal Luzern to everyone. Just to mention that is uphill...
