"All staff were so warm, happy, friendly and welcoming. They do an excellent job and nothing is too much trouble. The room we stayed in was a bit tatty. The furniture is chipped, the tap leaked everywhere when you turned on the shower, the tv had lines running through it, the walls had dust on them and the room didn’t smell fresh. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were lovely and plump. Although I had some issues with the shower, once I reported it on check out, they did say they would have maintenance look at it. The bar staff are amazing, attentive and keep the customers happy and the bar extremely clean. The hotel is situated in a great location for the westend and all it has to offer with a short ride on the subway for the city centre. I have no complaints as I did enjoy my stay here and would definitely recommend it. My gripes about the room are due to my own expectations. "

"Excellent hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and very good choice. I always stay here when visiting Glasgow. The pool was warm and the jacuzzi was the hottest one I’ve been in. There was also live music in the bar. Car parking is located underneath the hotel, lift takes you straight up to reception £18 for 24 hours. Thanks again Hilton for the wonderful stay. "
