"Breakfast is a bit mediocre a nd lack variety"

"We stayed here last weekend to celebrate my mum’s 65th birthday and had such a lovely time. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. I had emailed beforehand to mention that we were visiting for my mum’s special birthday, so I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a card or small acknowledgement in the room. We’d also booked a table in the restaurant for her birthday dinner, but unfortunately the booking hadn’t made it onto...

"Very well renovated room in lovely grounds. Good breakfast, friendly staff, would stay again 😀 "

"We got to the venue much later than we had planned, but it was a comfortable night in a nice hotel with an excellent breakfast."

"The most awful place ever !!! I booked this place as it’s not far from where I live and my best friend and new husband were coming from up North to visit myself and my very sick husband who has cancer among other health issues . This place was the scruffiest most awful place I’ve ever in my 66 years of life . "The hotel was lovely, helpful staff and amazing breakfast. Used the spa twice and in the relaxation room wet towels everywhere and empty cups . I felt that you pay for your relaxation time and it didn’t feel that way."

"The hotel part is at the back of the Pub so very quiet. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean. Nice to stay somewhere where the decor was different to the standard hotel. The bar and restaurant are separate and really clean and nicely furnished. We have stayed in several hotels in this area during the past year and the Green Man is...

"The bar maid was very argumentative. We told her we had a reservation to which she informed us that they do not take reservation for less than 6 people. When the professional gentleman returned he took us to our table which had our room number on it. Furthermore, she proceeded to serve a tall, good looking man who approached the bar way after we had been standing a waiting."

"Great stay. Thank you"

"Handtuch zerrissen, keine Steckdose im Bad so dass man sich im Zimmer Fönen muss. Frühstück gut, tolle Halloweendeko"
