"We had an excellent stay at Hotel ibis London Docklands Canary Wharf. We arrived before our 3pm checkin time and the hotel staff were able to take the 6 suitcases and bags we had while we explored London. Originally, the staff offered to expedite cleaning our room so that we could checkin earlier. We opted to explore London but appreciated the offer! The hotel is very close to multiple modes of public transportation which is necessary as the hotel is in a quieter area of London--which is nice...

"Clean and quiet hotel. No aircraft noise heard at all. Polite staff. Room 668’s shower left the shower’s tray partly blocked and almost about to spill out on to the tiled floor. Nasty drain smells from the shower was the clue to the problem! Air conditioning system not very affective at all."

"An apartment was advertised. The photo was of a different property. I received a room in a house which I doubt would pass a fire inspection. No curtain on the window. It was a fraudulent let and I'll pursue the owner for a full refund"

"Great stay for the price & owner Alex was very accommodating during my entire stay! Was a tad sad about technical difficulties while attempting to use WiFi (& I did let Alex know this too & he attempted to correct issue, to no avail) & inability to access thermostat (building's historic with no built-in temperature unit), I'd DEFINITELY still recommend it, as it's very comparable for the price!"
