"This guest house has no staff on site but access easy using pin codes supplied. I had the single room which was adequate with comfortable bed and tiny en-suite. Some noise from other guests and the walls are thin but quiet overnight. I would prefer a hotel but these expensive in Inverness."

"We had a great stay at this lovely B&B run by a very welcoming couple, Margaret & Sandy. Very spacious room for us which had en-suite facilities, fridge, seating area and tea & coffee facilities too. As for the breakfast…expect a hearty start to the day whether it’s all the trimmings or just porridge. We’d certainly recommend!"

"My stay at the Rossmount B&B couldn’t be any better. We were welcomed by the owners and runners of the hotel whom are the best and most caregiving people. The hotel is very well Located, only a 3’ drive to the center of Inverness which as a city, really surprised me for good. The breakfast is from another level, they let you choose (not being excluding) within a range of meats, eggs, sides, apart from what they serve of fruits, coffee, yogurts, cereals, etc. I had the best Haggis in Scotland...

"Nice B and B in Inverness. Fraser was helpful and professional. Place was great. We traveled without a car and the place is a 15- 20 min walk from city center and train station. It is a pleasant walk across the Ness river. Just be aware of check in and check out times as it is a small B and B and not a hotel. We are giving the stay a five star review and highly recommend it! "A fabulous place to stay, quiet and peaceful. The owners are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere inside and outside of the house is like out of a fairytale where nature and wildlife are in harmony with the house.
