"Peacocks is lovely. There is no B&B front desk; rather, one mentions “we’re staying with you” to the bustling tearoom staff, and someone appears immediately to give you a cheerful welcome to the establishment. Located above the absolutely booming Teahouse on the ground floor, the two upstairs B&B suites are accessed through a side entrance and some stairs. "A warm welcome after a long drive from Jane/Owner. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, the shower was instantly warm! The owners were lovely, very friendly, attentive and accommodating. My daughter and I were going out very early one morning and thought we would miss breakfast so Sean/owner made us bacon sandwiches and put cartons of juice in the fridge to take with us!
