"we booked 2 apts for 4 of us, but one apt had 4 beds !,
so no need for 2nd apt , which worked in our favour as 2 adults and 2 kids, only aircon in bedroom worked, fans and aircon in other rooms didn't work, bathroom was grime, kitchen was worse. really unpleasant stay, but it wasn't advertised as a great place so expectations were low anyway.
also balcony door didn't lock which being in Jamaica was a concern, especially as we were told to avoid one entrance due to safety concerns."

"No hot water in the shower, cigarette burns on the sofa cushions, tv turned on, but that’s it, nothing showed. Mgt didn’t care to respond to my email re: issues/partial refund. The beach &!dock views are through a fence."

"The room was cleaned upon arrival. However wifi only worked for a few minutes one day and never worked again. There was no housekeeping service and qas told if I wanted housekeeping that is an additional cost."

"Our stay was cancelled by the host less than 12 hours before we were due to arrive, we were already on the way to the apartment when we received the email that our stay had been cancelled, as we were driving from Kingston. We struggled to find accommodation so last minute, which cost us a lot more money than it would’ve been. "

"Stay was good .staff was great.. room was clean and smelled good..my only concern is the glass door. I could see outside depending on the lighting so was a bit paranoid if persons could see inside if the lighting was right. Also the noise from the connection door to the other room.Its not too bad but they had kids so the crying and fussing and playing was distracting. And I could hear everyyyy conversation and im sure they could hear me."
