"The breakfast and the airport shuttle service was good. The check in process was slow and not good had to go to the front desk three times to get a new key that never worked. Eventually security had to let us in. We reserve the room with a king bed. They gave us two double beds. The room wasn't clean, very old and outdated. "The staff was great, it’s very convenient to the airport & our room was comfortable, but the place didn’t feel very clean. The lobby area, lobby bathrooms, public hall ways were not well kept. Our bedding was very comfortable & clean, but other areas of the room had stains & just seemed not up to par for a Hilton property. Of course the prices at the convenient market are offensively high."
