Stayed there for two days and took Uber to US Open Tennis for two days. ZERO eating options, save for a very overpriced, extremely limited menu options, 5-9 pm "restaurant." GREAT AIRPORT LOCATION however, offering a shuttle to JFK. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean. Perfect place for air travellers, though.

Perfect stay only thing is there is no parking but this is NYC so this is no different anywhere you go. They have limited parking and it is $45.00. You can park on the street for free so I would not pay for it. Sadly you would think that guest should not have to pay for parking but in NYC they dont care if your a guest or not. Other than that room was very clean staff was wonderful. I would pick to stay here again especially with the direct access to JFK.

The hotel is very nice and the staff was extremely accommodating. My only gripe is with the parking. It’s very limited and depending on vehicle sizes, spots will be difficult to get into. There was a sprinter and a Chevy Silverado parked across from each other and made it so the last spot could not be entered. However the staff made sure we were able to park in front without fear of being towed. Overall the stay was great and I’d recommend the Hilton Garden Inn for a comfortable stay. I’d definitely stay again

The hotel is close to the airport and has a free shuttle service, which is definitely a plus. The staff was great and we were checked in and in or room in less than 5 minutes. The room was nice. The hotel lobby had large temporary air conditioners making a loud noise and taking up walking space. The hallway was either under repair or renovation because the wallpaper was missing and in a few places had new drywall. We had a quiet night’s sleep and rides on the shuttle both ways. Over all it was a good stay.

The staff is very helpful! I needed help printing sne tickets and Visas. I couldn't get the computer to work so they called their tech manager. His name started with "M"...he worked on it until he was able to print them for me. I am so grateful for his concern for me, the customer! Thank you!!

The room was clean however the fan didn't work in the bathroom so when you showered everything got went and damp, bathroom door didn't close all the way Roaches were in the room. They charge $45 per day for parking and the breakfast isn't complimentary. You have to go to the other floors to get ice and they were under construction Horrible for the price we paid

The property was fine to sleep in for our unexpected extra nights near JFK airport. The shuttle was helpful in navigating trips back to the airport and to the airtrain. The property looked as if it were undergoing construction with large swamp coolers blowing into the vents and hoses running around the lobby area. The baseboards on the ground floor were also removed and sitting unfinished in the walkway. It's not a destination hotel for sure but was fine as a place to crash for the night.
