"The area outside isn’t glamorous, but when you inside these enormous wooden doors, it’s incredibly impressive how they used fauna to create a truly unique atmosphere. What I REALLY liked was walking a block towards the water and there was an incredibly charming street of endless restaurants and cafe’s which contrasts the main road through town and the hoity toity-ness of the high end hotel scene. "So lovely. Apartment complex was so quiet. We had a huge apartment & would be amazing if we had family stay with us. We used the roof top for a short time whilst waiting for transport as we only stayed for 1 night. We would love to stay again. There are works going on opposite but I think this is Tulum as a whole - it wasn’t disturbing and staff were lovely & helpful."

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay there. Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. "
