"Staff super friendly, beds really comfortable too many kids in jacuzzi, carpets needs upgrading, they do not answer their phones calling room service or front desk daily. Few other concerns yet overall a nice stay. Close to everything had a nice stay. "

"The hotel is well situated initially checked into a room on arrival that was good however the room had scratchy to non existent Internet access. To the credit of the staff when I raised the issue at the front desk I was offered another (better) room. Of course the biggest “gripe” is not unique to this hotel or even to Hawaii and that is the dreaded resort fee especially as a solo traveller I have to pay the same as a couple or even a family of 4/5 as it’s apparently charged on a room basis. I fear that places like Hawaii are “pricing” themselves out of business "

"Clean room. Great front desk staff especially Angeline. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay in Honolulu was exceptional. The lei making class was 5 Star. I would definitely stay here again. Great location to beach and nearby shopping and attractions. "

"We had a rough start with the room they gave us, and I expressed my disappointment. The manager Denise immediately responded and gave us another room to accommodate us so that was a great experience. Room was always cleaned up. The fitness room is great. The hotel is very close to the beach and lots of options to eat and buy whatever is needed. Overall, a good hotel to stay. "
