The lobby was very saturated with cigarette smoke. The bar and restaurant was the only reason I would return. The staff at the bar was kind, funny and made you feel at home. The food was amazing. I had the beet/ blackberry salad.

Loews Kansas City Hotel
Posh hotel in excellent venue location. Stayed for the Big XII basketball tournament and this hotel is 5 blocks from the venue. Easily walkable. Parking, food, gift shop is all very pricey, but expected with this level of hotel in a downtown location.

The staff were very kind and clear. The room was not very clean. It was obvious the floors hadn’t been swept/vacuumed, the shower walls had not been cleaned (hair and soap visible), the microwave had many finger prints visible, the top sheet was stained and had holes in it, the fitted sheet was fine ...
