Also David and Cielo my concierges, both were always there for everything we needed and more… Raul from the lobby, all the cart drivers (specially the lady I can’t recall the name) she was the best! "Room layout was perfect for a family of 6. The resort was immaculate, staff were very friendly and food was superb. There are tons of activities for all ages, plenty of pools to cool off and a decent sized beach, despite erosion issues. The rental shop is well equipped with sports equipment, decently equipped fitness centre and we would highly recommend booking a tour with Jesus onsite at the resort. Seamless vacation, would book there again in a heartbeat! "

The private pool was really nice to have. Our pool valet Alfri was also amazing. He set a Bali bed with birthday decorations for my wife’s birthday and provided us excellent service."
