Shipman Cove Beach... 2.5 miles from the end of the road to the cove. Great hike through a jungle that leads to a beach covered in lava. The hike then turns into a climb over lava, loose stone and boulders. The cove is a nesting spot for Green Sea Turtles and passing Humpback Whales. We had the cove to ourselves and these guys.
The perfect place for a picnic or to camp out!! Make sure you bring the marshmallows and build a little fire, and watch the shooting stars all night!! Taking a leisurely walk down to the beach and see the sea turtles! Beautiful and relaxing walk!Open some coconuts and pick some mangoes because this is going to be a night to remember!

Fully equiped kitchen, clean & good sized. Hamoock on the balcony was great to enjoy the sounds of the frogs & waves crashing in the distance. Great spot for my needs. Easy acess to the National Park without dealing with city traffic.
