"Room was as pictured. Hallways and elevator had an very strong air freshener/perfume scent that was difficult to mange for scent sensitive people in our group. We requested a cot and received a crib; not cot was available."

"Front desk staff was awesome, I forgot a very expensive Yeti cooler of dog food. The gentleman at the front desk let me know they had the cooler in lost and found and I asked him to put it in the freezer until I could retrieve it upon my return."
