"We stayed 1 night at this lovely, cozy and very spatious hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the indoor pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Not many people there, so we had lots of space. The bathrooms were well equipped (hair dryer and amenities which I loved). When leaving the pool, I passed by the bar which looked lively and fun. "Decent hotel in a good location up the hill from the town which is fine for those who are mobile. Good car park at the front of the hotel. If you struggle to get around the stairs to the rooms may be a struggle. Good breakfast and good rooms."

"The staff were truly amazing. Very polite and interacted with the guests always with good conversation, communication and a nice smile. It’s nice to see this in our younger generations."

"I think the property could be managed better. There was no fridge in the room which was very inconvenient - I wanted to keep my drinks cold but couldn't. The bathroom amenities were very basic and no bath salts, soap by the bath area for example. The room balcony should be cleaned daily- it is full of pigeon poop. Otherwise, the property itself is lovely and historic, there's alot of potential to make this hotel a 5 star place, but you need a good management to be able to do this. The restaurant...
