"Once I arrived they "lost my reservation and was full up" gave the run around the whole time. Put us up in different hotel with was not the quality that I paid for said that they would have room for the last 3 day of my 9 night stay. "We really enjoyed our stay! There was a hiccup with the wifi not working at the start, but the staff were quick to offer up a Hotspot while it got repaired. It was nice to have a breakfast every morning, and we were located close to the back pyramid entrance, which is still open. You don't need to go to the far visitor center entrance. The a/c worked well. It can be a bit noisy at night, but I think that's just how it is everywhere."
