"They sold my room even though it was prepaid. I arrived at 11pm, tired and ready to get into bed (I would be up the next morning at 7am and would be on my way) and was told that they don’t actually keep the room type you book and pay for. You just get whatever is available. In this case, they had sold all of their king rooms, even though I booked and paid for one and could only offer a queen. Apparently it was an upgrade, which certainly couldn’t be “enjoyed” since I arrived at 11pm and would be leaving 8 hours later. Charging $25 for parking is also a joke. This isn’t a downtown Vancouver hotel. It’s a dingy airport hotel with constant noise - not their fault but bring your earplugs or you’ll regret it. "

"From the minute we arrived we found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Our room was perfect and the bed super comfy. We caught the shuttle bus in the morning to the airport which made getting to our flight so easy. Great place to stay if you are going to the airport."

"Randy was an incredible host. I didn’t have the opportunity to meet his wife Pam unfortunately but she kept our room clean and bed freshly made. Was a nice touch to have a welcome message upon arrival, 2 cookies in room with flowers and a goodbye note upon leaving. Coffee and hot meal for breakfast was perfect way to start if the day! It was a home away from home. It was my first experience of a B&B and I quite enjoyed it. Property location was great and a parking spot also appreciated. Thanks Randy and Pam. I would definitely stay again."
