"Amazingly cordial staff. Room was neat as a pin every day after it was tidied up. Absolutely quiet day and night. The neighborhood (East London) is interesting but it took me a while to grasp that it is the oldest settled part of the city, at least going back to the Romans. Of course, the Tower of London (really a castle, so it’s misleadingly named) is right at the doorstep, along with an Underground station with two train lines. Really a very nice place, not particularly trendy, just comfortable, great convenience and value, and nice people. I would definitely go back. I’m an actual guest, not a bot."

"The Tower hotel has a great location. Right by the Thames, Tower Bridge, walking distance to The Tower, the Sky Garden, the Shard. Room was spacious looking out over St Katherine’s Marina. Breakfast a bit chaotic, if you can avoid busy times it’s better. Decor is a little tired. But clean. "
