It's in a nice location and great room. It felt upscale. Only problem I had with the place is the paid parking, which was a valet service costing $38.

Parking is a bit of a pain unless you valet. You park in a parking garage a block and half away.

Crowne Plaza Knoxville Downtown University by IHG
We are repeat lodgers at the Crowne Plaza Knoxville. The staff was excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable. The bellman who was working at the time of our check in went out of his way to be helpful.
