"The pools are amazing. Large upper pool for swimming laps. Views and the convenience was great for first few days in Koh Tao. The Factory restaurant next door great for healthy and some gluten free food. "

Last but not least, the personnel at the front office were totally unfriendly, in particular what seems to be the manager of the resort (other staff out of the front office was nice). "The staff were very friendly and helpful, however we were quite disappointed that our room was infested with ants. They were all over the bed when we checked in and there were quite a few of them in the bathroom. There were also several holes in the walls that were filled with toilet paper. Other than that, we appreciated how accommodating the staff were."
