"The staff was very helpful. It was a long day lotta traffic. They were very welcoming. My phone had died. They allowed me to charge my phone so I could pull up my information about the room. It just was a relief from all of the stress we had went to Universal Studios, which was far away from the hotel, but it was worth the drive because the room was very clean and the staff is very nice."

"The hotel rooms were clean. One thing that was not disclosed was that they’re gonna charge you upwards of 100 bucks to park overnight on site. That’s a game changer for me. One other thing to think about is to check on the construction in the area because the roads were all torn up. This seems to be normal at LAX these days, I was told. Staff was friendly and the rooms were fine."

"It was easy to check in with friendly staff. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was quiet and I felt safe as a women traveling alone. I rested well. The air conditioner worked well. Sheets were good. Cleaner came every day offering to clean. I appreciated the kitchenette as I was recovering from surgery and not leaving the room.
