Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort Spa & Casino - All Inclusive

"Nice property with plenty of restaurants, pools, a big and well equipped fitness center. With the exception of a few members, overall staff was doing the bare minimum for guests. Food and drinks was definitely the low point. They offered variety but low quality. Mostly fried and fast foods. Even at the "top" restaurants, we didn't see anything that was really that we thought was good."

"Yes, the room was clean but TV never worked because of the internet being in and out. The air didn't work in our room. Couldn't get another room because they were full. Been to this same resort 4 times. Loved it the first three times but it sucked this time."

"I recommended this hotel to my family because last year I went and the experience was good, it will be our last, 33 people in our group to celebrate our Nephew's 21th birthday, everyone in our group feels the same. Starting with the food! In our group we have an executive chef of Atlantic City NJ, that knows about food quality, the only restaurant that the food was good Steak house & the Hibachi, the buffet was ok, but they need to do something with the amount of flies, very annoying. The sport bar very bad food, we order a pizza that we could even eat, the smell of quimical was horrible and the wings that we order also very bad, old and it taste bad oil, other relative experience the same. Mexican restaurant closer to the beach, the food not good. Overall they are over cooking the meat, and the seafood which it makes it chewy and tough to eat. We understand the poor quality or lock of customer servers because the employees work to many hours per day, and 12 days straight, they make very little money and they depend on gratuity, but not everyone tips. Coming from hospitality environment we feel that the employees are treat very unfair, they are like slaves. Omg!!! In the lobby were a lot of people hangout everyday, no music at all, and the fans there should be more powerful, it is to hot and humid, including the night club, the teather, and all the elevators you feel out of breath, they need AC. The only good shows (Michael Jackson and the Circus). Very disappointed!"

"Los cuartos tenían un olor a humedad muy fuerte. Hay que caminar mucho. Las distancia de looby a las habiataciones son de al menos 10min a 15min caminando. El trolly basa muy poco. El paquete de bebidas no incluye casi nada."

"The property was nice and the room was large but having to make a reservation for food at the restaurant was a hassle because no one notified you that every restaurant required a reservation. And the buffet food was not good and cold."

"Had mixed expectations because of some reviews but enjoyed the resort and would definitely go back. Party vibes for sure so don't expect quiet esepecially if you're in the rooms closest to the beach. But there were quieter areas of the resort. Pros: 1. Great view from balcony of ocean view rooms. Beds were comfortable and room was cleaned everday to my satisfaction. 2. Plenty of space in the pool, swim up bars were convenient, and beach was beautiful. 3. Staff was nice and worked hard to accommodate us. We only went to the buffet and the selection was good. The local dishes were best. 4. Lots of guests having fun at all times of day. PACHA club and beach party on Sunday were fun. 5. Resort grounds were well maintained. Cons: 1. Room's sink pipes leaked on the bathroom floor but maintenance was quick to respond. A/C temp was not controllable and could have been slightly cooler during the day. 2. Sports bar's TVs are too small. 3. After dinner food options are limited. 4. Swim up bars close at 6. Expected at least one to stay open late. 5. Gym was way too hot. No fan and couldn't feel any A/C."
