"Beautiful property loved it "

"This is a party resort. Loud and not as advertised. We got food poisoning, food was not good at the regular restaurants, the buffet was better food but the smell in the dining area made it impossible for me to eat in there. Seems they were not able to maintain the water/mold possibly? Our room was basic, had not been remodeled in a very long time but ok. Some nights the windows vibrated till 430 am with the music. I tested the liquor in the mixed drinks- I drank five in 15 mins and felt nothing! And typically I am tipsy at one drink. So don’t count on anything with mixed drinks here! Odors were a problem in a few areas! Unfortunately that is something I am very sensitive to. Day one in the elevator to our room was a couple saying this was the worst resort they had been to and would not be back and I thought it was just them being negative but after our week there- I have to agree. We will not be back. I waited a week to write my review to make sure I was not being too negative but I was really disappointed. The grounds are pretty, the beach area- small and cramped. "

"My main complaints are... #1. Poor A/C in the room. #2. They try to hook everyone in purchasing their "Privilage" vacation program... I don't appreciate wasting 2-3 hours of my vacation time trying to persuade me to "Buy"! #3. The food was just ok... overall the buffet was pretty good! Route 66 and the Italian restaurant were dissapointing! The staff overall is friendly. I would say pur stay was OK... nothing spectacular though."

"Check in was easy and simple, our rooms were clean. Majority of the staff were very kind and helpful. Some of them were dismissive due to Language barrier. Resort was safe, staff made sure they knew when we left and came back safely every-time. Food was good they had a lot of variety. None of the food made me sick or have any issues. The drinks were good but not strong they were most likely watered down but I still felt it a good amount of the time. Overall a great stay I would recommend, even staging on the family side it wasn’t too much kids they didn’t make a difference. "
