"This is a basic clean, air conditioned room. The staff is friendly. The location is very good. Some things were missing, like a closet or way to hang your clothes, a full-length mirror and a table in the room. Bedding fabric was synthetic. They charge for parking."

"Nice, clean room. Location was convenient to where I needed to go for an appointment. The office was open 24 hours, which accommodated my need to check out very early to catch a particular bus. The refrigerator and microwave were nice touches that other motels don't necessarily provide. Big TV. Random, but: as a home design aficionado, I thought the choice of sort-of-shimmery tiles in the bathroom were very pretty."

"Very nice older hotel right on Ventura amidst lots of restaurants and some shopping. The location was very good. The hotel is older and needs some maintenance, but the rooms were nice, clean, comfortable. The pool is lovely. The breakfast is a cold box 'breakfast' and pretty bad. The staff was nice."

It was frosted glass and filled the room with light when the bathroom was in use especially at night. Also a weird noise issue with hearing voices through the ventilation system."

"Great location. Many shops, stores, restaurants within walking distance. Beds very comfortable. However, rooms had a cleaning supply or deodorizer strong smell that lingered. All staff very nice and helpful."

"The staff is lovely and I like all the amenities — fitness room, pool, cafe on site. However, the room itself was a bit dingy — furniture stained, mold stains in the shower… pretty grim. For one night, I was fine but I wouldn’t recommend beyond that."
