"The building is bery old"

"Our room was extremely dusty - Room 418. I wiped the coffee pot off with my hand and it was disgusting. The entertainment stand was completely dusty. Although the bed was comfortable, you need to instruct the staff to dust after each stay. The valet was horrible. Our first wait was over an hour. The 2nd day, we called 15 minutes before to have our car pulled up. We had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to show up to our room with a luggage rack. When we got to the valet area, our car...

"Overall was good stay with basic needs met. Please, note that this place is a timeshare as well so it's like a living community with people effectively walking around like it's their house. Also, the staff are very slow or never respond to requests. We had to ask them few times for room service which is not done by just using the don't distribute card. Other than that, central to lots of things. Decent stay."

"The pool from the slide area looked dirty. My shower head was loose and a bit rusty. The variety of food at the buffet was very small, other than that the property was nice!"
