"Good location "

"the front desk staff is super sweet and helpful. if you need directions to good spots or help with navigating the property, they have the patience of saints. the togo breakfast is fine, just get there early if you want a breakfast sandwich because those are in limited supply. the room smelled like urine. the bathroom wasn't clean. there is a space between the bathroom cabinets and the sink counter top of about 2 ish inches. the amount of debris that has accumulated there is absolutely disgusting. the shower head spray is so wide on one of the settings that it almost hits the entire floor, plus the bathtub, plus the adjacent wall. you can tell that this has caused water damage to the doors and floors. the sheets were thankfully clean and I didn't see any bedbugs because that was my first thought just based on the smell. thankfully I only stayed for one night. I don't personally think that the rooms issues are due to staff, it just seems like an old hotel that hasn't been maintained or upgraded since the 80s and the staff are doing their best with a bad situation."

"I have stayed here many timess and always had really nice experiences with staff. Then this last time, they were going through some kind of system change and they needed us all to come down to the front desk to give a new form of payment and get keys that work. I waited 15 minutes at the front desk and the front desk attendant returned and was quite rude to me. I didn't appreciate that. I could tell she was stressed out and frazzled but I don't understand that kind of attitude, particularly when I wasn't asking for anything. I was asked to come down by them with a note outside my door that I didn't see until I was outside of my room. So I was not prepared to see the public. I wasn't wearing a bra. I was planning to get ice and return. Just poor customer service and general human consideration. "

"The property was very clean. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. Breakfasts were the best that I have ever had at a hotel chain. Lots of options and variety changed everyday. Good quality of healthy items too!"

"The name Hilton used to speak for itself, no review was necessary. * One clerk at front desk made check in an exercise in patience. * Hallway needed painted. *Room furniture was cheap damaged and unfitting of the name Hilton. *No stationary in desk or room service menu. Replaced by a scroungy UPC code. *Shower/tub was second rate and did not drain. *Hotel maintenance took for ever to come repair the issue. *The hotel maintenance man after repairing the drain went around me and despite my objections went around the bed my wife was in and went to look out the window before leaving. Totally unacceptable stay."
